My name is Luis Guaman.  I am an entrepreneur from Queens, New York who has been a life long student of martial arts and personal development.  Having an affinity for business, people, culture and strategy, I studied Marketing & Psychology at Baruch, then started my own sales company in Times Square by age 25.  

With over 8 years of face to face sales experience and 3 years owning my direct sales company in Times Square, I have managed all types of people and continuously ran workshops & seminars for groups as small as 10 to rooms with over 300 people in attendance.

A huge reason why I love teaching and impacting others is because of my life long passion with martial arts. I have been practicing different styles my entire life such as Karate, Taekwondo, Wing Chun, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai and Judo. Over time I began developing methods of how to integrate the concepts I've learned to increase my performance as a professional and leader, along with passing it on to others.

At my highest point of running my sales company I became stuck and overwhelmed. I went "off of my path" and sabotaged my own success.  I went on such a mental decline that I closed my company at the end of it's third year while being $25,000 in debt.

After closing my company, I spent over two years developing a framework and structure to create the clarity I needed.

This is why today, I'm passionate about helping entrepreneurs & leaders stop feeling stuck and start creating clarity, discipline and focus without

the same pain, struggle and hassle I went through. 

I have worked with a diverse range of clients, consistently being able to push them out of their comfort zone and into breakthrough territory.  Whether it's a one on one or large group setting, the systematic process I go through with my clients is to understand the mindset behind what we're working on, provide tools to help conquer the problem, then finally TAKE ACTION to effectively implement what is learned.
